TODAY
Currently, the El Claustre group has more than 1,000 m2 dedicated to the world of art and continuously organizes individual exhibitions of relevant artists, thus becoming one of the largest galleries in the country.

2013
In 2013, El Claustre opened a new and spacious space located at no. 25 of the Rambla de Figueres; this new gallery is divided into two parts, the first for individual exhibitions and the second has an extensive art collection.

1999
In November 1999, the El Claustre Art Gallery opened a new gallery, on Sant Pau Street in the city of Figueres.
This new gallery of the El Claustre group marks the beginning of its expansion outside the city of Girona. -
1996
In 1996, El Claustre opened a new gallery on Nou Street, no. 8 in Girona. This space is intended as a permanent display of the Art Collection of the El Claustre Gallery, and as a hall for events, conferences, etc...

1991
The second El Claustre Art Gallery was inaugurated in February 1991 at number 10 on the same Nou Street in Girona. This new gallery is divided into two floors for individual exhibitions, and a third level in the same premises where El Claustre has an extensive Art Collection.

1983
The El Claustre Art Gallery opened its doors in 1983 in the premises located on the ground floor of Nou Street, no. 9 in Girona.
In this premises, part of the Cloister of the old convent of Sant Francesc d'Assís from the 13th century was found. This architectural element has given its name to our gallery and has been declared a Historical Artistic Monument.
