He attended the Sant Jordi Academy of Fine Arts in Barcelona, where he received a traditional education. He also studied at the Arts and Crafts School of Barcelona.
He held his first solo exhibition at the Jaimes Gallery in Barcelona, which was soon followed by others throughout Europe.
His works are based on striking colors used alongside a provocative body language. The gaze of his models is often averted, allowing the viewer to contemplate his paintings without commitment.
Each woman in his paintings is dressed in rich, elegantly draped fabrics, achieved thanks to the pigments he created himself.
